Stabi-Craft's Frontier series are becoming a boat of choice for the serious fish'o in the Top End. The 609 Frontier the first of it series, and it is turning heads for its ability to fish the rivers or hit the blue water. The pontoon style hull gives the opportunity to have a deep 'v' hull, but has the stability to rival most other boats on the market. The 609 Frontier again is powered by the brilliant Yamaha F150 4 stroke outboard, and with Hydraulic steering it's an absolute pleasure to drive. The positive buoyancy provided by the pontoon style hull give you and the whole family a feeling of safety. Having this style of hull, allows for the super deep feeling, it really feels like you are standing inside this boat, not on top of the water, without it being impractical. Our new Stabi- Crafts 609 Frotier has been upgraded with massive casting forward casting platform with a huge amount of storage inside.
A very well organised deck starts with the centre console with storage, the perfect height for sitting or standing to drive, and again ample storage in the large rod lockers and pontoon pockets. The working deck space is given excellent shade with a decent size NT bimini canopy. A strong, workbench like bait board is provided on the transom. Much like the rest of the boat, a transom door has been added with comfort in mind, which would make this boat ideal for fishing, swimming or diving.
A live bait tank has also been included in the transom to add another dimension to the day. This boat is designed for long range boating or normal day trips. This package is fitted to a REDCO multi roller "Drive on - Drive off" trailer, which includes brakes and a spare wheel and bracket.
